More than a practice. A commitment to restoration.
Arnon and Gila Practitioners was founded on a simple conviction: people are more than the challenges they face, and healthy relationships create the conditions in which people can flourish.
Everything we do, whether counselling an individual, supporting a couple, facilitating a leadership team, or training helping professionals, flows from that conviction.
We are not simply here to solve problems. We are here to help cultivate healthier relationships, stronger communities, and more hopeful futures, one conversation at a time.

Why we exist.
Every person will experience seasons of joy, disappointment, uncertainty, and change. Sometimes these seasons strengthen us. Sometimes they leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, from those we love, or from the work and purpose that once brought life.
At AGP, we believe these moments deserve more than quick answers or simple advice. They deserve thoughtful presence, careful listening, and practical guidance.
Our purpose is to participate in the restoration of people, relationships, families, organisations, and communities by recognising, protecting, and cultivating the inherent worth of every person.
Arnon and Gila originates from our love for the Hebrew language and carries personal meaning for us as a couple. It reflects who we are, what we value, and the heart behind the work we do.
What we believe about people.
Before we see a diagnosis, we see a person. Before we notice conflict, we remember there is a relationship. Before we offer strategies, we seek understanding.
We believe that every individual possesses inherent dignity that is not diminished by failure, conflict, trauma, or life’s circumstances. People are continually becoming. Growth is rarely instant. It develops through reflection, intentional practice, supportive relationships, and the courage to take one step at a time.
Our role is not to define people’s stories. It is to walk alongside them as new possibilities emerge.

Relationships matter.
Relationships shape the way we experience almost every part of life. They influence our wellbeing, our homes, our workplaces, our leadership, and our communities.
When relationships become healthier, people often experience greater confidence, resilience, and hope. That is why relationships remain at the centre of everything we do.

The AGP way.
The way we work is as important as the work itself. Our approach is grounded in values that guide every interaction.
- We begin with listening. Every person’s story deserves to be heard with care and respect.
- We protect dignity. People are never reduced to labels, diagnoses, or difficult seasons.
- We remain curious. Understanding grows through thoughtful questions before confident answers.
- We pursue practical growth. Insight becomes meaningful when it is lived and practised.
- We steward trust through confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practice.
- We continue learning, because our own growth enables us to serve with greater wisdom, humility, and care.

What AGP is becoming.
AGP continues to grow beyond the traditional model of a private practice. While counselling remains an important part of our work, it is only one expression of our broader calling.
Today, our work includes counselling, couples and family support, organisational wellbeing, leadership development, workplace learning, and professional supervision. Looking ahead, we are expanding our commitment to practitioner formation, leadership learning, practical resources, and thoughtfully integrated technologies that strengthen, not replace, human connection.
We believe the future of helping people lies not in becoming less personal, but in creating more space for meaningful relationships through wise stewardship of both people and technology.
